Fairytales is a magical indoor play park which brings every child’s imagination to life in a safe and healthy environment.

The aim is to support intellectual growth by providing an atmosphere in which children can step out of real life for an hour or more and use all their senses to explore a new world that will stretch their imagination and creativity skills to new levels. The gates will be open to little dreamers aged from six months up to around nine years.

Why it is important to care about imagination

Research in child development has given great importance to creative and imaginative play to give the children healthy smart brains with strong neurological connections. Creative play allows self-expression and encourages children to slip on their thinking caps and construct a world of make believe scenarios. Developed creativity also plays a role in building a successful future personality because it enhances problem solving skills and also the ability to adapt to new situations.
Every member of the staff has been selected for their experience and qualifications in education and play and has been extensively trained in child care, stimulating creative play, health and safety and first aid and emergency response.

The Magical Playland

The venue has been custom designed to encourage imagination in a safe environment. There is a costume rack at the reception so children can begin their imaginary adventure by getting into character. The little princes and princesses love playing in a two-storey Fairytales Castle, home to a beautiful dollhouse, puzzles, dress up dolls, a puppet theatre and a swirly slide. Little adventurers enjoy the pirate ship and its peek-a-boo windows, magnetic pirate puzzles, hidden treasure and props, sand play, fishing and a super fast slide out of the top deck of the ship.

When its time to relax

Children love getting cozy in one of mushroom houses or magical Tree of Knowledge. In the Tree of Knowledge children can relax on soft cushions and read their favourite storybooks. The tree also has three tree swings for swing lovers. There is a unique arts and crafts area with handmade crafts and activities that are designed to improve creativity, fine motor-skills and intellectual development. There is also have a brightly lit workshop/party room.

Lastly, parents love this place for Fairytales Café, where mums and dads can have some coffee. It has a variety of homemade cookies, muffins and healthy bites, they encourage healthy eating by not offering junk food and unhealthy candies at the cafe.
