Ramadan is a month of introspection and self-purification, the month of giving, charity, compassion and kindness.
We know you're looking for meaningful ways to give of your time, energy and love, which is why we've brought back some of our popular events!
The Mawada Project is hosting a cartoon wig-making activity where the wigs made will be gifted to children with cancer who experience hair loss from their treatment and who would love to put on a lively, colorful cartoon wig to brighten their day! Participants will reflect on social responsibility and why it's important to engage and connect with the needs of others around us, and will then spend time putting the cartoon wigs together!
This is a unique opportunity and a great way to do something meaningful this Ramadan.
