White and the Bear is kicking off their workshops with a Lunch Box stuffer workshop!

Where participants will walk children and parents through a step by step process of simple lunch box ideas. White and the Bear’s host for the afternoon will be Farah Sawaf, culinary consultant, mother of three and entrepreneur with a multi-faceted involvement across the UAE’s vibrant and ever-evolving F&B scene. Developed on demand, the workshop stays true to White and the Bear’s promise of showing the importance of independence for children while involving them in food and nutrition from an early age.
The overall package is priced at AED 160* per child.

Farah Sawaf is an increasingly recognised and respected consultant given her multi-faceted involvement across the UAE’s vibrant and ever-evolving culinary scene. A mother of three young boys, this dynamic mumpreneur founded Soul Communications; a lifestyle-oriented Marketing & PR Consultancy with a particular specialisation in the Food & Beverage sector. Farah Sawaf, has been featured in top tier publications such as Time Out Kids, Emirates Woman, Monthly contribution with Choitrams, BBC Good Food, Masala! , Gulf News, Friday Magazine amongst many others. She has also consulted on the conception of children’s menus for multiple eateries in Dubai. Her hands-on experience with children’s food makes her a perfect fit for the workshop. She also takes pride in coming up with creative ideas to make food more exciting and appealing to children. During the workshop Farah will be assisted by her three little helpers who much like their mother, are also growing into tiny food enthusiasts themselves.
