Pineapple Bun and Sausage Bun are the favourite bread of many Hong Kong people.
The experienced Kee Wah instructor will be teaching students how to make these two soft and tasty Hong Kong-style classic breads from one dough and the sponge and dough method, a two-step baking process that involves making a sponge and allowing it to ferment before adding it to the dough’s ingredients. The result is a texture that is soft and redolent.
- Upon completion of the class, participants will be taking home 3 Pineapple Bun and 3 Sausage Bun.
- The ingredients of this class contain lard.
- Part of the making procedure will be in collaboration with other participants.
- For parents attending with their children, this class is suitable for children 8-12 years old.
