Madame Fù collaborates with Crystal Mask, a local Hong Kong brand that believes in the healing power of natural crystals which enhance and rejuvenate skin, mind and soul - present the “Healing Crystals” Afternoon Tea (available for both dine-in and takeaway).
For centuries, humans have looked to minerals and crystals for their energy and healing powers. Inspired by the colours and beautiful shapes of the natural crystals, our chef team curated a variety of aesthetically pleasing bite-sized treats, indulged with fresh and delightful ingredients. Starting from the sweets such as the Fresh Mango Pudding with Blueberry Chantilly Cream with Grass Jelly, Crystal Curacao Blue Pineapple Jello, the tropical aroma of mangoes and pineapples gives a burst of natural energy loaded with vitamins and minerals. While for the savouries, some vibrant and refreshing bites include Cheese Puff with Crystalised Sugar, Crab and Avocado Vol Au Vent and Green Apple on Salad on Puff Pastry, the refreshing fruits and healthy fats provide the tangy and creamy tastes at the same time.
