Exploring the Internet of Things with Micro:bit

The Internet of Things, popularly known as IoT, can be simply defined as a network of devices – from simple sensors to smartphones and wearables – that are connected or “talk” to each other through the exchange of data.

In this series of workshops, participants will be introduced to the concept of IoT using micro:bit, one of the more accessible and effective learning tool for picking up digital skills and creativity. Micro:bit is a programmable micro-computer that can be used for all sorts of exciting creations, from robots to home automations and solving real-world problems – the possibilities are endless. We seek to provide a platform to unlock your child’s potential and empower a community of young innovators.
