Launched in September 1993 by Singapore's Ambassador-at-Large and VSA Patron, Professor Tommy Koh, VSA is a local charity dedicated to providing opportunities for people with disabilities to be involved in the arts.
We conduct art programmes for children, youths and adults with sensorial, intellectual, learning and social disabilities aged 5 and above.

A world where people with disabilities are empowered through the arts, contribute to and integrate with the community.

To create and provide access and opportunities for people with disabilities through the arts.
