Into The Forest With Hansel and Gretel is a creative journey that will take children into a visual arts installation of a Fantasy Forest and to participate in three different workshops.
This two-and-a-half hour programme will begin with an abridged version of the famed tale of two children being lost in the forest, HANSEL AND GRETEL by The Brothers Grimm. The children will then take part in three very enjoyable and engaging workshops right after the show, drawing inspiration from the narrative of the classic, and where their senses will be inspired as they step into the wilderness of imagination, interaction, and play. They will discover their talent at singing, their movement style for dance, and use their creativity in craft making. A parade and short performance for parents ends the programme on a high note when everyone finds their way home together with Hansel and Gretel.
