Labour Tools for Partner / Husband

You will learn skill-based Comfort measures with various tools to ease labour discomfort and speed up labour

Identify baby's position for an easier birth

Various useful positioning for both labour and birth

Partner massage for touch relaxation

Give baby's space with body alignment methods to increase space in the pelvis for smoother labour and birth

This 3-hours workshop is hands-on techniques that require a partner's active participation. It is held on Sunday, 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm
