Cherry Tiramisu
As we explore our "Forests" theme this month, we'll explore the different ingredients from plants around the world. This week, we'll learn about the iconic cherry tree while we make a modified Tiramisu with diluted cherry jam (instead of coffee) and have the children dip and layer lady finger biscuits with mascarpone cream.
Ingredients:
Mascarpone cheese, whipping cream, lady finger biscuits, icing sugar, cherry jam, water, cacao powder or almonds (optional).
