Before Koko’s mother leaves for the market, she reminds him never to go beyond the river. The moment he’s alone, Koko wears a pot as a helmet, wields a spatula as a sword and proudly proclaims that he is Koko the Great. Off he goes on his adventure, creating quite a ruckus in the kampong.

Walk into the wonderful world of Koko the Great, a kampong alive with colours, friendly animal puppets, sing-a-longs, dance-a-longs, surprises and more! Koko’s tale of adventure was inspired by Singaporean artist Liu Kang’s oil painting, Life by the River.
