Why Baby Yoga?

Baby Yoga provides rich stimulation for the babies by combining movement and touch, while enabling them to deal positively with stress and learn how to relax. They learn challenging movements in the form of a safe game, learning to play and enjoy. This playful stimulation through yoga-based exercise helps babies relish life and all its demands, as they grow. With Baby Yoga, parents and babies can experience a happy, carefree and lively interaction that develops as the baby grows.

So, what does Baby Yoga do?

Baby Yoga classes include a series of infant massage, quality physical stimulation with flowing postures, holding, movement, touch, voice and deep relaxation. The mutual involvement of parent and baby is done at a pace at which the baby can absorb and integrate.
