At KidZ & Health, health tips and good habits come through a mix of fun activities.

Head down with your family and learn how to lead a healthy lifestyle the fun way!

The KidZ & Health activities are based on five key pillars of a healthy lifestyle – Shop Healthy, Personal Hygiene, Healthy Dining, Health Checks, and Get Active.

Kids will get to pick up handy health tips while having fun and learning what it means to live a healthy lifestyle!

Pick up chiropractic tips at the Main Square.
