The class emphasises free play between children and grown-ups through dance and physical connection.

Expect to roll around, climb all over each other, and do family massage. Children and grown-ups take turns to lead and follow, push and pull, lean and support. The aim of the class is for families to discover new fun and connection with each other through skin-to-skin contact and familiarity with each other’s bodies.

The theme this season is Letters Wanna Dance! They will let each letter of the alphabet inspire movement, sounds, and imagination. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself arching, balancing, curving, ducking and evolving!

Recommended age is 2-5 years old. They encourage and support younger siblings to join in the fun by giving a huge discount for each siblings. So if you have a younger child, do bring them along for double the fun at less than half the price.

Children and grown-ups should be dressed in comfortable attire for active movement. No prior dance experience needed.

For each child, there can be 1-2 participating grown-ups.

* Please note that this is not a drop-off programme. Grown-ups have to participate.
