Chinese Sausage made in Kee Wah’s Hong Kong factory, our high quality cuts of pork and duck liver are infused with rose wine and soy sauce to give every roll a meaty and fragrant bite. Scallion Buns are layered with a tasty scallion filling, the blend of flavours fill your taste buds. Come visit the Studio and with the help of our experienced instructors, learn how to make these classic Hong Kong-style dim sum staples!
1. Upon completion of the class, participants will be taking home 1 Duck Liver Sausage Roll,2 Chinese Sausage Rolls, and 3 Scallion Buns
2. Some ingredients will be shared with other students.
3. This course is only for students aged 13 or above.
