This 12-hour live online Hypnobirthing course is a complete in-depthantenatal training program designed to release fear and buildconfidence during pregnancy and birth.
It gives you the knowledge and the tools to have a positive and empowering birth. The class is taught using the Katherine Graves (KG) method of Hypnobirthing, which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives in the UK. The class is ideal for pregnant moms and their birth partners, from22-36 weeks. The birth partner will learn valuable information on how to have an active role in supporting mom in both pregnancy and birth. The course is divided into four sessions of 3-hours each, which are accessed on the Zoom application.
