RULES:
1. Must have the consent and accompanied by the guardian
2. Body coverage must be decent in respect of cultural sensitivity
3. Body paints are allowed
4. Props and weapons is allowed upon inspection (must be made from plastic or any soft material)
5. No duplication of the character (the first to register will embody the chosen character)
