Pre-Christmas Festive Turkey Menus
Those who cannot wait for Christmas Day to enjoy perfectly cooked turkey can visit between December 8th to 23rd, 2018 for the special festive turkey menu which will be served daily.
Vasco's
- Lunch: 12:00pm - 3:30pm
- Dinner: 7:00pm - 10:45 pm
- 2 course menu: AED 110 / 3 course menu: AED 135
- Starter: Poached shrimps, quinoa salad, baby spinach, pomegranate, sweet and sour tamarind dressing
- Main Course: Traditional roast turkey, apricot, chestnut stuffing, with honey roasted root vegetables, brussels sprouts, roasted baby potato, turkey jus with cranberry sauce
- Dessert: Mince pie tart, cinnamon sauce with vanilla ice cream
Hemingway's
- Timings: 12:00pm - 2:00am
- 2 course menu: AED 70 / 3 course menu: AED 95
- Starter: Duck confit salad with blue cheese crumble, pears, seasonal mix leaves, baby asparagus, cardamom scented orange dressing.
- Main Course: Traditional roast turkey with chestnut, sage, onion stuffing, meat loaf, cranberry sauce, honey glazed carrot, roast baby potatoes, baby asparagus, sweet potato mash and giblet sauce
- Dessert: Christmas plum pudding, Tonka sauce with ice-cream
