Junior Gym is a leading children gym and fitness center offering a wide range of gymnastics and interactive programs designed to enhance children’s physical fitness and mental development.

Established in the heart of the capital Abu Dhabi in 2015, the innovative Emirati gym aims at promoting children’s fitness and encourages practicing healthy lifestyles.

Open 6 days a week, Junior Gym caters children aged 2 – 16 years at mornings and divides them into groups according to their age and interests. The groups are then set for monthly programs of that include a vast array for fun and fitness activities.
