It has been a long time since we’ve been able to teach you in person, and we are very excited to welcome our 12+ gymnasts home!
Classes will begin on Sunday, 12 July.
Advance bookings are required to insure social distancing protocols are met (Stay tuned for class schedules).
Our facility has been government approved for re-opening. We have carried out a deep disinfection of all our equipment and precautionary measures are in place to insure your safety and that of our staff members.
- Temperature checks on arrival for all staff & gymnasts
- Sanitizer stations are available on entry & inside the hall. Gymnasts & staff must sanitize their hands before entrance & before using equipment
- Class sizes have been reduced to 30% capacity to allow for social distancing
- We have introduced 15 minute breaks between sessions to allow for sanitization & social distancing
- Use of protective masks are mandatory, these may be lowered during strenuous exercise
- A rigorous cleaning & sanitation schedule is in place
- All staff have received negative COVID tests prior to resumption of duties
- All individuals entering the facility will be asked to confirm compliance with our health declaration.
Things to bring along:
- Personal water bottle
- Personal magnesium chalk, chalk bag & spray bottle (if you require them for your training)
- Any other personal training aids needed for your level (ankle weights, grips...)
- Your positive energy
A few things to keep in mind:
- No walk ins can be accommodated at this time. Please make sure to book your session to avoid disappointment
- Classes at the moment are limited to children ages 12+ and adults
- The waiting area inside the hall will be closed. Drop/off and pick up only
- Water cooler is unavailable. Please bring your own water bottle
- Shared magnesium stands will be unavailable for use
- Refrain from coming to the gym if you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell.
Online classes will not be affected and will continue as originally scheduled.
