By using storytelling methods, writing and drawing in addition to makerpace technologies, their imaginations can run wild while also learning the fabrication skills of the future!
This year our Summer camps go online, to deliver a fun, dynamic and interactive shared space daily to allow young learners to build together while apart, getting to share the experience with their peers and with the support, encouragement and supervision of our experienced staff.
For this online camp, children will learn to design in Inkscape and employ fabrication technologies such as laser cutting to bring the designs to life, the end result is a unique LED light stand displaying the designed characters.
A special kit of materials and tools will be delivered to your door upon registration, with everything you need to roll up your sleeves and get making.
Our MAKEit kit will give children and young people the opportunity for ‘learning by doing’, and to re-create the hands-on experience of a real makerspace environment wherever they are.

Per Student: 349 AED (Registration will close 72 hours prior to camp start, as time is needed to deliver the camp kit. None! The camp will be conducted in English. Sessions will happen online using Zoom platform, It's a requirement to have a laptop for design works. )
