In light of International Yoga day and the New Moon, we present a collaboration with Jubail Island & Organic Foods & Cafe in a MANGROVES clean up initiative led by MWS and then followed by a 45 surya namaskar asana Yoga & New Moon sound healing.
An initiative to conserve and protect Abu Dhabi’s Jubail Mangrove Park in extracting waste and impurities stuck between the trees .
This clean up initiative will be conducted during sunrise, the morning hours that are considered "spiritually charged". This community event is in support of uae's strategy to plant 100 million mangroves by 2030.
New Moon is a time of rebirth, the beginning of a cycle, Time for planting seeds both tangible and intangible and Time to set intentions. By immersing yourselves in the healing sound and its vibration, the tonal frequencies produced by the instruments help bring your body and mind to a deeply restorative and meditative state.
