- You will begin to understanding the difference between primary food (relationship, emotions, mood) and secondary food (actual food you consume)
- How to curb cravings and what your body is actually trying to tell you based on what it is craving
- How to build healthy habits and food routines
- Recipe building assistance - how and what to include in your basic meals
- We will also be offering food on the day, based on a menu collaboration with Reem & Seven Wellness (additional cost)

-Sweet Potato Salad with Cashew Nut Sauce (45 AED + VAT)

Not included in the price – food should be pre-ordered for the workshop and will be paid for separately
-PDF/ E-Book of Raw, Vegan Recipes by Reem will be on sale at the end of the workshop from Reem directly for anyone that wants to take the recipes home with them
-Worksheets and personalized handouts will be given to all the participants to be able to discuss in detail their eating habits and bio-individuality.
