- The promotion is valid only until the prize stocks lasts. Daily prizes will be limited to first 50 redemptions at Dalma Mall’s Customer Service counter. Prizes shared will be various brand vouchers up to the tune of total AED 150,000.
- Gamers with Fake ID, Name or details will not be entitled to win and the Winner should present himself/herself to collect the prize claim. In case of any doubt, the details will be scrutinized, and Dalma Mall Management's decision will be final and binding in this matter
- Each Emirates ID holder is entitled to only one prize during the campaign period
- All games & rewards in this digital gamification are powered by a randomizer and generated in Real Time.
- Prize claim or redemption is also subject to the time specified in each gamification engaged by the user. All prizes in this digital gamification are digitalized and should be redeemed within 72 hours from the time you are declared a winner. Dalma Mall will not be responsible for redemptions beyond the 72 hours, that automatically turns invalid.
