DiscoverYourLight, The LightHouse's annual Wellbeing Event will take place on Friday, January 25th 2019, from 10am to 4pm.
Event Highlights & Activities:
- 20 interactive wellbeing workshops • across a wide array of topics and life skills for Adults (individuals, couples & parents), Teens, Tweens and Children (4 yrs+).
- Free 30-min Emotional Wellbeing Check-Ups by qualified & experienced psychologists from The LightHouse team (Pre-scheduled)
- Four interactive panel discussions addressing adult mental health, relationships, Special Education Needs for children & Parenting
- An Information Corner for informal discussions with members of The LightHouse team.
- A Kids Zone for ages 5+ yrs. An enhancing experience for children with arts and crafts, live music and storytelling time.
- Personal Development and experiential stands to reflect and explore.
- Basic Health Screenings by a G.P.
- Mind & Body activities.
- Healthy snacks & refreshments.

Fee: Dhs 105 (All-Access). Includes 5% VAT. Children under 12 yrs and nannies attend for free.
