Day 2: Fitness, Starts / Running gait and cadence.
Day 3: Plyometrics, acceleration / speed endurance.
Day 4: Advanced Plyometrics, Finishing strong / race tactics.
Day 5: Advanced Drills & stretching, Nutrition tips. Timed 60m / 12 min Cooper run.
