They believe that every child plays an active role in constructing his own learning. They provide relevant experiences to facilitate this.
They also believe that they can help children reach their full potential through co-operative learning and “scaffolding” by adults and more capable peers.
They believe in the development of the whole child and achieve this through an integrated curriculum.

Social interaction and empathy for others
Healthy self-concept through activities that develop confidence and sense of mastery
Exploration of ideas through discussions and competence in the 3R's through individual and co-operation “projects”
Gross and fine motor development through outdoor and indoor activities

Physical Development - A balanced programme of activity and relaxation for gross and fine motor development
Intellectual Development - The Centre's programme is focused on child-centered activity where the child becomes an active participant in discovering about the world. Activities evolve around the child's experiences and the teacher acts as a facilitator
Emotional Development - The Centre is a second home for the children where they feel secure, relaxed and free. They encourage independence and strive to build confidence in the children.
Social Development - The Centre provides for the social well-being through interaction amongst staff and children of all ages.

Provide for the total development of a child through a provision for caring, playing and developing.
Provide a service to working mothers so that they can feel at ease while at work, knowing that their children are well taken care of.
Encourage parent-involvement in the Centre's activities. They try to ensure that parents empathise with their children's experiences in the Centre enabling comfortable transition between home and Centre.

Child Care is a responsibility which they take upon as a noble duty as in motherhood.
