7oaks Preschool is a renowned institution dedicated to providing a nurturing and progressive preschool experience that emphasises affordability and high-quality early childhood education. A Legacy of Excellence

Under the auspices of PPIS, our first kindergarten welcomed its pioneering cohort on January 2, 1983, marking the beginning of our educational journey. Today, 7oaks Preschool has grown to encompass nine centres with a total enrolment of over 800 children. Four of our centres offer full-day infant services, catering to children ranging from 2 months to 6 years of age.

A Commitment to Quality and Affordability

As POP centres under ECDA's Partner Operator (POP) scheme, 7oaks Preschool adheres to prescribed fee caps and stringent quality criteria. Our unwavering commitment to excellence has led to the attainment of the Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework (SPARK) certification and a continuous focus on professional development for our early childhood (EC) professionals.

Recognition and Accreditations

Seven of our 7oaks Preschool centres have proudly received the prestigious Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework (SPARK) certification from the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). This accreditation serves as a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality assurance and improvement within the preschool landscape of Singapore. Furthermore, our centres have been accorded the highest tier of licensing tenure (36 months), underscoring the exceptional standard of care and services we provide. Notably, six of our centres have also been honoured with the HPB Platinum Award for their dedication to promoting healthy eating habits.

Distinct Curricula for Holistic Development

At 7oaks Preschool, we offer two distinct curricula tailored to different age groups to ensure holistic development:

Versatile Child Curriculum (2 months to 3 years): Drawing from the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF), this curriculum emphasises the W.E.A.N approach. Our educators keenly observe children's needs and align activities accordingly, fostering confidence and autonomy based on the principles of Respect, Responsiveness, and Reciprocity (3Rs).

Global Child Curriculum (4 to 6 years): Aligned with the Nurturing Early Learners Framework (NEL) by the Ministry of Education (MOE), this curriculum employs the P.E.E.L approach, allowing children to explore and learn actively. Through various learning areas, we cultivate a positive learning disposition and equip children with essential skills for their educational journey.

Additional Offerings:

Non-core Curriculum: We offer a range of enriching programs beyond the core curriculum to cater to diverse interests and talents.

Malay Curriculum: Recognizing the importance of cultural diversity, we provide a comprehensive Malay curriculum to enhance language proficiency and cultural appreciation.

Reggio-inspired Learning: Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we create environments that encourage exploration, inquiry, and creativity.

Learning Areas: Our curriculum encompasses various learning areas, including language and literacy, mathematics, science and discovery, social studies, art, music, and physical education, to ensure well-rounded development.
