Join us for a BumpWise Coffee Morning all about pre- and postnatal fitness!

 

We are talking to Alicia Dedigama of The Ripple Club which turns daunting exercise into welcoming pool based workouts, promising low impact training that is effective, revitalising and enjoyable.
Whether you want to stay active during your pregnancy or regain strength and cardio post delivery, The Ripple Club and its pre-post natal certified coaches are here to help you on your journey!

Alicia Dedagama is a certified Fitness Coach for Pre- and Postnatal and we will learn about how important it is to fit your perinatal exercise programme to the changes occurring in your body. Any classes should be tailored to prevent pregnancy issues as well as focusing on restoring a functional pelvic floor and a strong and supportive core.
