Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is for aged 5 and above. For younger attendees, one parent has to sit in.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
If you're driving, there are car park lots opposite the street, if not there is a public car park slightly above the street, after Duku Road. please DO NOT park at the private car park beside the building (in front of the convenient store) as there will be a $100 fine.
What can I bring into the event?
All materials will be provided. Please bring your own water bottle.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need to print it out, a digital copy will do just fine!

What's the refund policy?
Late cancellation of less than 7days before the event, 50% of fees will be non-refundable.
What if I missed the event?
Overdue tickets will not be entertained.
