From Iron Man to healthcare workers, superheroes can take all shapes and forms. What would your kid’s superhero look like? What will they stand for? With New York Times bestselling cartoonist Gavin Aung Than as their guide, your kids will draw characters and craft origin stories for their very own superhero. They’ll also build worlds and lay out panels where their superhero can take action.
Their works from this interactive workshop series will be featured on our microsite after the Festival!
Some things your kid will learn:
- Brainstorming ideas, character creation, worldbuilding, how to layout and edit comic panels
