Taipei Puppet Theater
Under the Taiwan puppet master Lee Tien Lu’s enlightenment, Chen Shi-huang and Lee Tran-tsan founded Taipei Puppet Theater in 2010, to upkeep the performing skill and quality of traditional puppet art, and create an international arena for Taiwanese puppet shows.
The theatre performers are mainly middle-aged and with average apprenticeship of over 15 years. Fulfilling their mission of continuing the life of traditional puppet shows, they are the vibrant new generation of puppet theatre in Taiwan.
