Join Mummy Jessie and her children in our little Fitness Fun at home! We promise you that you'll work out the sweat!
Objective: To do some fitness with friends virtually! (Since you will be bored seeing your own family all the time)
Programme:
- Introduction (self and participants)
- Warm up
- Main workout
- Cool down
What to wear:
- Comfortable clothes for workout (no need shoes)
What to prepare:
- Water bottle (Must remember to drink water to stay hydrated!)
- Towel (To wipe that sweat!)
- Space to do the workout (So that you don't hit each other or your furniture)

About Host
Jessie is a mother of two kids, 5 year old girl and 3 year old boy. She works full-time in the education industry and strongly believes in having a work - life harmony. When she's home, she always tries to find ways to entertain her children. So she enjoys doing everything with her kids - starting from art and craft and music to sports and reading books. She believes that healthy bodies lead to healthy minds. Health should be holistic: physically, mentally and socially. Her motto is to live life to the fullest!
