Learn Javascript Programming! Workshop


During this workshop students will learn the basics of JavaScript programming.

 

We will use Replit which is an online programming environment to practice JavaScript syntax and simple coding. In the second part of the workshop students will create a more complex project which is going to be a Clicker Game. During the workshop students will learn a lot of programming concepts such as variables, loops, conditional statements, arrays and functions.

Students will learn:

  • The basic JavaScript programming concepts
  • The basics of JavaScript syntax
  • Tow to use online text editors for JavaScript programming
  • Get familiar with JavaScript programming algorithms

Students will develop:

  • Analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Sequential thinking skills
