This November, we would like to invite children 4 - 6 years old to join us for a fun-filled 5 day Kids Yoga Camp

Each day, we will embark on a different exploratory journey into Mother Nature’s spectacular creations. Beautiful creations that we see all around us, and when we gaze within.

This camp is grounded in yoga philosophy, themed using Nature's elements and complemented by other modalities such as art, music, dance and storytelling. Peppered with lots of fun, our yoga camp welcomes all children with keen curiosity and interest to explore the world around them and into themselves.

Join us for a 5-day journey into the mind-body connection, illuminating the practice of compassion, joy, strength, self-awareness, and loving kindness.
