Active birth class is an interactive session for expectant parents, designed to both increase understanding and build confidence in preparation for their birth.
The session focuses on a woman’s natural ability to birth a baby.
Course Plan Includes:
- The power of the Pelvic Floor and Perineum
- The importance of hormones during labour
- Warm up
- Position and breathing for each stage of labour
- Managing discomfort
- Relaxation techniques
This one off session compliments the pre-natal yoga classes and the standard antenatal courses.
Cost: $120 per couple
