Mother & Child offers Virtual New Mothers Get-Together course for new mothers with babies from about 4 weeks to 3 months.
The Get Together is facilitated by an experienced Midwife or Maternal & Child health nurse. The course provides a host of information along with a social support network of new mothers in the same situation. Guest speakers such as a paediatrician, counsellor and physiotherapist are often invited to speak to the mothers.
The content is the same as the face-to-face classes. You join from the comfort of your home. Clients have been very engaged and found our virtual classes to be as interactive as the face-to-face sessions.
