Inspired by Lim Cheng Hoe’s painting Singapore River, join ACT 3 theatrics founding director, R Chandran, as he brings to life the story of Kam Tong, a boy who spent an exciting, adventure-filled holiday in the1960s on his grandfather’s tongkat (river boat) moored in the Singapore River.
