Jump Fit Boots is a very intense exercise that requires good physical condition. It really works your muscle - leg, back.
There will be a 15-minute warm at the beginning of the training session. After the warm-up, each instructor will demonstrate basic jump fit steps and students will then practice together.
Please take note
- Participants have to bring their own socks.
- Bring water bottles
- Bring small towel
