Bringing together two emerging talents from NUS – Tan Yu Xuan (Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences) and Neil Chan (Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music alumnus), A Pleasant Evening is the pick this EMCC’s “Discovery” season, a platform has been presenting the best singer-songwriters on campus.
Showcasing the synergies and collaboration between an electronic musician and an award-winning fingerstyle guitarist, the concert will premiere original tunes featuring electronic influences accompanied by musical cultures from around the world such as jazz, flamenco, Carnatic and Andean music.
