North East CDC is proud to present ‘Natural Joe-Be a green friend!’ happening on 24 March at Festive Plaza from 10am-3.30pm.
The carnival tops off the learning shared through the NECDC ECO Kids: JOE Programme for preschool centres under the NECDC. It teaches kindergarten children about living in harmony with environment and being a caring member of the community to help special friend JOE (Just One Earth).
Each registered parent-child pair (1 parent - 1 child) will be able to participate in the 4 DIY Workshops available for a 1 hour slot, and enjoy the fringe activities open to public.
To participate in the DIY Workshops, each child will need to bring their own:
- 2 x 500ml PET plastic bottle
- 1 adult-sized cotton T-shirt
