To make her celebration even more special, score mummy dearest an invite to an exclusive cooking demonstration by local celebrity chef, Heman Tan, who will be sharing his recipes for two homely local dishes, Ayam Buah Keluak and Teochew Orh Nee with Pumpkin and Gingko Nuts.
All participants will enjoy tasting portions of the dishes, get a recipe card and a bag of durian cookies lovingly prepared by Carousel’s pastry team. There will also be an autograph session with the Iron Man Chef himself!
