Muay Thai (10 Lessons)

Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline is known as “the art of eight limbs” because it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.

Venue: SAFRA Jurong, EnergyOne Dance Studio, Level 3
Date: Every Sunday
Time: Kids: 9.30am - 11am; Adult: 11am - 12.30pm
