Ingredient List:
- 1 egg yolk
- 7g castor sugar
- 14g vegetable/corn oil
- 13g water/milk
- 20g cake flour, sifted
- 2g vanilla extract
- Pink and blue food colouring
- 58g egg whites (about 1.5 eggs)
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- 15g castor sugar
- Deco: flower sprinkles, white chocolate chips, Nutella, pearls, marshmallows
