Tennis is a relatively easy sport to pick up with the right amount of guidance, so get yourself or your child started with our various selection of courses for different age groups and experience levels!

Adult Beginner
The beginner programme will equip the introductory player with all the necessary basic skills to help the player to get on court and start playing tennis. Forehand, backhand, serve, volley and more will be covered during this programme. Players will also learn the rules of the game, scoring as well as court areas and lines.

Juniors Level 1 (ages 5 to 8 years old)
The Juniors Level 1 programme caters to the younger tennis players, focusing on fun and games so children can associate tennis with enjoyment. The programme involves eye-hand coordination games, moving and running games, and most of all, fun and play for the duration of the class. It is a good lead-in class prior to the children moving on to the Level 2 programme, where they subsequently start learning the basics of the tennis game, for instance, forehand, backhand, volley and serve.

Junior Level 2 (Ages 9 to 12 years old)
The Junior Level 2 will take the children's tennis to the next level. Children with some playing experience will fit well here. All strokes of tennis will be covered with the drills becoming more movement-orientated, with games leading towards more tennis point play. Some aspects of the programme include directional hitting, smashes, serving, point play and physical fitness. This is where the children begin to get into the real game.
