One Nation - 50 Years of Fitness Journey

With this year’s theme to unite all Singaporeans, SAFRA Toa Payoh and EnergyOne are partaking in this initiative to bring ‘One Nation’ through fitness challenges and exhibits.

Take this opportunity to walk down memory lane of how fitness has evolved, together with the technological advancements over the last 50 years.

Event happenings:

Artefacts Showcase - Army Fitness of Yesteryears (Wed, 8 Nov to Sun, 12 Nov)

Interesting content with illustrations will explain the history of each artefact and how it has transformed or replaced over the years. During this period of showcase, the public will get a chance to witness the old and new artefacts.

Artefact Showcase Dates: Wed – Sun, 8 – 12 Nov 2017
Time: 9am – 9pm
Venue: SAFRA Toa Payoh, Atrium
Fees: Free admission

One Nation Fitness Challenge* (Sat, 11 Nov)

Participate as a family or with a buddy for One Nation Fitness Challenge! Get a taste of military life, how recruits cultivate the “buddy system” and how they bond together. Complete all 5 stations with the components of Physical, Psychological and Combat Fitness. Fastest buddy pair and family in each 2-hr session will walk away with prizes worth over $100 respectively!

*Be the first 50 pairs to register and receive a goodie bag worth over $50! On top of that, all participants who take part in this challenge will receive an exclusive event finisher token too!
