Parent-Child relationship has great impact on both the parent and child’s life. A good and harmonious relationship will enhance the child’s performance in school, help the parent to work better professionally and lay the foundations for both to grow in their life journeys. With a positive and cohesive family environment, parents will find fulfilment that their child will grow to become a person with good self- esteem.

At The Mapping Academy, we believe that our next generation’s future is shaped by their surrounding influences as they map their learning journey in life. It is therefore important to equip them with relevant knowledge and practical skills, nurture their character with strong values and coach them towards their potential according to their aptitudes. In supporting children and youth’s learning and development, we maximise the impact by partnering parents, grandparents, caregivers and teachers, through learning forums and training workshops for adults to enhance their communications skills, create a better bond and enrich their interaction with children and youths.

We advocate a value-based learning approach in our programmes to nurture character development in children. Our participants are encouraged to learn, reflect on their learning and continually seek new learning opportunities. Through our programmes, The Mapping Academy Team guides our participants to improve their confidence, resilience and responsibility; and motivate them to make a positive difference in their communities.
