Get ready for some serious indulgence with these deliciously simple eggless and vegan desserts.

Tailored to vegetarians and vegans this class is fun, easy to follow and perfect for all food lovers.

Menu

Vegan Vanilla Cake with Vegan Frosting
Vegan Tiramisu (from scratch including vegan mascarpone)
Dairy-Free Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Participants will be doing hands-on cooking/baking for Vanilla cake and Tiramisu including making vegan mascarpone from scratch. Vegan Frosting will be available for those who might want to dress up their cakes. The chef will demo the Salted Caramel ice-cream with detailed instructions and recipes. Please bring your own take-away boxes.

What to expect

Fresh ingredients & fully-equipped kitchen
Hands-on cooking (in pairs), participants will cook 2 of the 3 dishes from scratch
