Climbing meets Gymnastics in this exciting collaboration between The Rock School and Tumble Joy Gymnastics this June! A perfect match for both sports demand a mastery of movement with strength, flexibility and power, the cross training in this programme will enhance one's performance as an athlete.

- Time: 10am - 12.30pm (2.5h, tea break included)
