The Athlete Development Camp
The Athlete Development Camp is designed for any young athlete aged 7-14 years to learn and develop fundamental movement and sporting skills.
Run by UFIT Academy’s qualified coaches, athletes will learn proper ways to improve their sporting ability through speed, agility, strength and mobility sessions.
